Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Wapnexa account and all data associated with it at any time. This includes data received through Facebook Login and the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Delete it yourself

As the account owner:

Sign in to Wapnexa.
Go to Settings → Data & privacy.
Optional: click Export data to download a copy first.
Click Delete account, type your organization name and password, and confirm.

What happens next

Your account is locked immediately: AutoPay is cancelled, campaigns stop and nobody can sign in. After 30 days, all contacts, messages, templates, campaigns, WhatsApp connection details and user accounts are permanently erased. Within those 30 days you can ask us to restore the account.

Payment invoices are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law.

Ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in, email smit@wapnexa.in from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request within 48 hours.

Removing the Facebook connection

You can also remove Wapnexa's access from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove Wapnexa. This stops further access but does not erase data already stored; use the steps above for that.
